I was searching for a list of countries for use in my software registration PHP code and could not locate one on the net. I obtained a list of countries from the UN website and removed the codes. I also added Taiwan, formatted the list as a PHP array and escaped the necessary characters.
The Country Name and ISO 3166 Code MySQL Import File gave me hints in finding the information.
