Already the rain is easing. It seems like such a rare event that I am enjoying that sounds of the rain against the roof and windows, the fireworks of thunder and lightning outside. The radar shows large cloud masses over the city and I hope they do not drift past too quickly.
The rain has swept away the oppresive humidity of the past weeks and I hope that tomorrow is cool enough that the fallen water does not evaporate into more muggy air. It’s so difficult to concentrate in such tropical weather, already I feel my brain moving faster!
